Pathway to testing:

KOROK collaborates with leading institutions such as BRANZ,  Auckland University Acoustics Testing Services, CSIRO, and Warringtonfire Australia, alongside industry-leading fire and structural engineers, manufacturers, and consultants. This collaboration aims to deliver performance-based solutions that meet ever-evolving design requirements.

The testing process begins by identifying industry challenges, followed by setting objectives and the steps required to facilitate a solution. KOROK evaluates both suitability and compliance requirements while considering simple installation methodologies. A systematic evaluation of needs leads to a well-structured test program and assessments.

David and his team rigorously assess and refine processes, aiming to provide the market with simple, high-performance systems and applications that enhance both functionality and efficiency. Our goal is to ensure that every product meets the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Reducing Waste

Made to Order

Our panels are manufactured to order, ensuring minimal waste. This custom approach means minimal off-cuts and no unnecessary waste, as each panel is designed to fit specific job requirements perfectly.

Fully Reusable

KOROK panels are designed for reuse. They can be taken down and reassembled multiple times, making them ideal for reconfiguring warehouse or retail spaces. This reusability significantly enhances their ecological friendliness, reducing the need for new materials and minimising waste.

Fully Recyclable

When a KOROK panel reaches the end of its life cycle, it doesn’t need to end up in a landfill. The panels can be disassembled for recycling: the concrete core is crushed and repurposed, and the steel casing is recycled. This closed-loop process ensures that our products contribute to a sustainable future.

Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs)

We are proud to announce the completion of our Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs), a testament to our commitment to transparency and sustainability. One for our Galv panel and one for our Colour panel.

High Performing and Lightweight

51mm KOROK® panels are rollformed from zinc coated steel strips. The steel from which the shells are manufactured conforms to AS/NZS1397:2001. Steel shells have a base metal thickness of 0.4mm B.M.T. with a Z275 zinc coating. These panels have an aerated concrete core and weigh nominally 10.2kg per lineal metre.

KOROK® produces 51mm panel. KOROK® 51mm panel provides a -/60/60 FRR and is perfectly suited for terraced house intertenancy walls and apartment intertenancy walls.  The narrower gauge allows you to keep more floor space as it isn’t taken up by walls.
